Job Description

The IT Account Executive-Business Development is responsible for selling and marketing initiatives of the company's products and services ( Website Development, Software Development, IT Consultancy). One open position available.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Development 

  • Responsible for growing the business through prospecting, lead generation, qualifying opportunities, proposing solutions, forecasting and closing sales.  
  • Become familiar with the nature of clients' products, business culture and competition and understanding the possibility of changes to these
  • Research and approach potential business customers
  • Perform inside and outside prospecting activities to identify qualified accounts for new business development
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales or marketing materials and documentations tailored to the needs of client (pitch documents, brochures contents, website contents etc)
  • Making actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements
  • Collaborate with Recruiters, General Managers and Developers to ensure that all parties are aware of the pertinent information related to the job order.
  • Manage the flow of service from Igen Technologies to its customers and assure customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all required status reports including pipeline activity and/or prospects for bids and proposals
  • Work with Managing Director, Project Managers and Development Managers as required
  • Effectively participate in project tracking and project accounting (project management role)
  • Accurately prepares utilization report base on time reports of the team and submit to Managing Director


Client Management

  • Manages day-to-day client interaction both for foreign and local clients 
  • Sets and manages clients requirements and expectations
  • Make formal sales presentations; on site client visit and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts
  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.
  • Resolving sales or delivery issues

Other supporting duties: 

-  Complete all sales paperwork promptly, thoroughly and accurately to ensure company profitability and maximize our ability to deliver a high-quality solution and minimize potential problems or issues in service delivery or invoicing. This includes obtaining signed contracts, work orders and purchase orders from Clients

-  Maintain all sales resources and databases such that they are kept up to date and accurate

-  Provide Project Management support duties as needed

-  Performs administrative support duties

Participate in planning and coordinating and distributing of internal activities, etc as needed

Job Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales within the IT services/solutions/web development industry 
  • Experience developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
  • Excellent Communication skills (bothe written and oral)
  • Has Pleasing Personality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as business acumen
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
  • Detail oriented with follow-through shown in previous jobs
  • Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to qualify and close deals
