Customer Care Associates for Inbound Customer Service (Phone Support for a Health Care Account) • Candidates must at least have an Associate or Bachelors Degree in any field or reached 2nd year college. • Call Center experience is a PLUS. • Computer savvy • Candidates must have excellent English (both written and spoken) communication skills. • Must be a team player, people oriented and flexible. • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules. • Fresh graduates and applicants with no call center experience are encouraged to apply.
