Job Description
  • Assists the Resident Engineer on various engineering works and constructions/renovations of all Tenants of all Mall Tenants.
  • Monitors and inspects the entire all mall premises including leased area.
  • Coordinates any technical trouble that mall tenants encountered.
  • Assists the electrician on monthly reading of electrical/water consumption of all tenant affiliates.
  • To ensure the conformance of the staff to the company policies.
  • Perform other management mandated functions
Job Qualifications
  • 23 to 30 years old
  • Must be graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 2-3 years experience on the same field
  • Knowledge in trouble shooting of electrical and air conditioning systems
  • Good in oral and written communication
  • Computer literate
