Job Description
Ensures that all drafting works will be done in accordance with all the contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards.
Responsible for drafting all construction drawings. Coordination with other related disciplines, civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical in preparations of working drawings. Maintains systematic filing system of all approved drawings in soft and hard copies. Prepares as-built drawings.
Job Qualifications
-Minimum 3-5 years of work experience
-Fluency in English. -Computer knowledge, 3D Max, Photoshop Has full knowledge in all software used for AutoCAD and other latest applicable software package. -Excellent communication with the ability to work in a team. -Good technical ability and understanding of the design work -Graduate of BS Architecture preferably with Licensed -With Interior Design Experience Terms: Accommodations Transportation RT Airline Tickets and 3 week vacation yearly Salary starting from 42,000 – 52,000 Pesos (Based on Experience) Commission on Creative Designs |
