Job Description
  • Facilitates placement of advertisements and press releases; coordinate with suppliers to re-layout the ads, review press release and news articles; confirm. Placement and prompt payment.
  • Keeps appropriate marketing materials ready by coordinating requirements with suppliers; inventory stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
  • Prepares marketing expenses for the assigned project; monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as required
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Plans meetings and events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; creative cost analyses, developing schedules and assignments
  • Conducts market research and sales analyses, for trends and implications to the business’ competitiveness and makes recommendations based on results.
  • Monitors trends that indicates the need for new products and services and initiates product and services development.
  • Monitors the implementation of each marketing and promotional activity, and analyzes its impact to business results.
Job Qualifications
  • Must be Female
  • Not more than 35 years old.
  • Graduate of BS Marketing or any Business related courses
  • With at least 2 years related experience
  • With good communication, marketing and execution skills
  • Has good English communication skills
  • Professional, friendly and enthusiastic personality
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude who can anticipate needs
