Job Description
  • Resolve customer enquires and promote product and services 
  • Provide first-level support for customer complaints
  • Document and escalate issues to the relevant department
  • Special Projects
  • Other duties as directed by the team leader or Operations Manager
Job Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. 
  • Customer service experience in any of the following industries: retail, hospitality, administration, banking with preference for call centre experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in working in a multicultural team.
  • PC literate.
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute is desirable.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
