Job Description
The Human Resources Assistant/Associate shall provide support to Admin and HR team of Precision Crestec, Inc. The primary objective is the implementation the Company’s HR business strategies such as Recruitment, Employee and Labor Relations, Benefits Administration, Reward & Recognition, Performance Management, Training and Organizational Development.

Detailed responsibilities would be the following:

A. Human Resource
1. Administers programs on health, safety, sports, fellowship, and other miscellaneous employee services for sound employee-employer relations.
2. Maintains industrial peace and harmonious employee relations through coaching, counseling and fair judgment on disciplinary cases, efficient planning and implementation of company-wide activities.
3. Administers and implement Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).Coordinates, communicates and administers Human Resources activities, policies and programs in accordance to company objectives and compliance to government regulations.
4. Ensures effective implementation of documented procedures on Recruitment, Training and Evaluation. Comply with the ISO 9001:2000 Certification requirements.
5. Implements salary and benefits structure of the company and ensure adherence to law mandated wages and benefits of disciplinary actions.
6. Ensure confidentiality and safekeeping of 201 files and all other important records of Admin. & HRD.
7. Supports operating units by implementing Human Resource programs and initiatives.
8. Monitors contracts of Security and Health Maintenance Organization services and ensures that that they do not beyond their contract
9. Source and Recommends Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) for the year.

B. Training and Development


1. Conducts Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and recommend applicable or necessary training for different work area.

2. Conducts training outsourcing and design and instructional materials preparation.

3. Monitors and evaluates training programs and its effectiveness.

4. Assists in certification, re-certification and de-certification of manpower and maintains updated masterlist of the same.

5. Conducts written and practical testing.

6. Summarizes, monitors, reviews and updates Training Plan on monthly basis presentations and ensures availability at all times.

7. Coordinates training schedules to concerned departments/employees.


C. Others

1. Prepares Management Reports and Business Review Reports.

2. Provides support and assistance to the Admin. & HRD Manager/Head.

3. Supports, performs and implement S1- S6 and CGMP Programs.

4. Participate fully in the company-wide Cost Management Program.

5. Participate fully in the company-wide Quality Incentive Program.

6. Assist in Recruitment and Training initiatives of HRD

7. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Qualifications

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology, Law or equivalent.

* Must have an excellent communication & leadership skills.

* Experience in any facet of human resources is preferred.

* Experience in labor relations,  and ISO, recruitment, organizational and training is an advantage but not necessary.

* Candidates coming from printing/manufacturing/production industry are preferred.

* Must be able to work with a diverse type of people; with strong People Management Skill; and strong background and experience in managing the whole HR process.

* Willing to work long hours, open to new challenges and very passionate.

* Male or female, not more than 30 years old.
